Las Vistas
Las Vistas beach is one of the four beaches in the municipality of Arona, and is one of the most visited by both tourists and residents, as its golden sand and accessibility to the use of sunbeds make it one of the most comfortable and beautiful beaches on the island.
It is worth mentioning that Las Vistas is one of the twelve beaches of Tenerife as “Accessible Beach”, as it is adapted for disabled people who use wheelchairs, with reserved parking, showers, ramps and access walkways.
Like Playa de Los Cristianos, Las Vistas is characterised by its calm waters, ideal for children and at any time of the year, as on the southern side of the island of Tenerife the weather is usually good all year round. The beach has a breakwater that protects it and minimises the waves.
Very close to the beach is the car park in the seaport area, which is probably one of the best places to park to go to the beach, but bear in mind that it is a pay car park. You can also wander around the nearby streets and look for parking, which will take longer. Sometimes it is preferable to park a little further away and walk to the beach.
This beach in Tenerife has a Red Cross lifeguard point and is a supervised beach with lifeguards. However, it is always advisable to be cautious of the sea and to observe the colour of the flag that flies on the beach. Remember the meaning of the colour code of the flag:
Green flag : Suitable for bathing
Yellow flag : caution is advised
Swimming prohibited
